Police arrested workers of Left parties in Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam on June 05.
The party workers were going to protest at LG Polymers industry where gas leak incident occurred on May 07.
Around 13 persons were declared dead in the chemical gas leakage.
The incident took place in RR Venkatapuram village of Visakhapatnam.
Speaking to ANI, a police official said, "We arrested them as they hadn't taken permission for protest.
FIR filed against 96 people of Left parties."
