Personal services now open

Personal services, like nail salons and spas, opened Friday as the Mohawk Valley region entered Phase 2 of reopening.

Opening up....restaurants having guests ((inside((.

Besides food services...personal services are also opening today.

Everything from tattoo parlors to nail salons...to massage therapy..
