Data from the state health department shows the number of coronavirus cases is higher among younger adults, compared to older populations.

However, the number of deaths is higher in older people compared to young people.

When you look at the 18 through 29 age group, more than 37- hundred people tested positive for coronavirus.

And the numbers continue to drop in the older age groups .
