A policeman commemorated International Yoga Day by performing multiple yoga poses in pond water for over two hours in central India’s Madhya Pradesh.

BD Dahiya, Head Constable of Madhya Pradesh Police, celebrated in a well-known pilgrim complex of Damoh district on June 21.

He is seen presenting the yoga poses effortlessly while lying on the surface of the pond and chanting.

A religious song plays in the background.

This water yoga, more commonly called "Jal Yoga" was first practised by Dahiya for almost 15 long years now.

According to local reports, Dahiya credits Jal Yoga for helping him lose weight.
