Relatives file wrongful death lawsuit in torture killing of four-year-old allegedly at hands of his parents

The great-grandmother of Noah Cuatro, the four-year-old Palmdale boy who was allegedly tortured and killed by his parents, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit nearly a year after his death.
