"* which means there's a need for more support groups... telehealth and outreach programs. that's why klobuchar is promoting a package in washington called the coronavirus mental health and addiction assistance act.

"* we can't ignore minnesotans' cries for help.

He says it's going to get worse before it gets better, with unemployment, with rent payments and the like.

We know there's going to be a day after tomorrow, we know a vaccine is being developed, many vaccines but we can't have the bottom fall out from our economy right now."

Klobuchar's legislation has been endorsed by organizations like the national alliance on mental illness and the american counseling association.
