The dramatic video, filmed in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on August 12, shows an electric bike speeding into a car at an intersection after running a red light.
Two people on the bike were thrown out and landed onto the top of the car.
The electric bike was torn apart and one woman landed on the car roof suffered fractures to her leg, but neither of the two people was in life-threatening condition.
Since the scooter rider ran the red light, they were blamed for the incident.
