According to the sheriff's department... 30- year-old ricky vaughn was arrested yesterday, at the speedy mart on u-s 25 east.

Deputies say he's accused of shooting at and hitting the back bumper of a man's car, on moore hill avenue.

According to the sheriff's department... there was a child in the car with the man, when the shots were fired.

Deputies say no one was hurt.
