Scores of people joined a protest in Jabalia Camp in Gaza on Saturday (August 15th) to voice their anger at the deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
At the demonstration, which was organised by Hamas, participants accused the UAE of "betraying the Palestinian cause." Israel and the UAE reached the historic accord sealed by President Trump on Thursday (August 13th).
The deal sees the “full normalization of relations” in exchange for Israel suspending annexation of occupied West Bank territory.
