BJP and Congress held protest outside Kerala Secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram on August 25.
Protest was held after a fire broke out at Kerala Secretariat.
No injuries were reported and the fire has been doused.
Both the parties alleged that the fire was not an accident, instead a conspiracy to destroy evidence in connection with Gold Smuggling Case.
State BJP President K Surendran has been detained by police.
