After marching for an hour or so, protesters marched onto the 580 Freeway up Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland, California, on Tuesday night (August 26).

Hundreds of protesters came out to Oscar Grant Plaza and gathered before starting to march.
They chanted Blake’s name as others tagged walls, broke windows, set fires, and barricaded streets.
