Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) team reached Rhea Chakraborty's residence in Mumbai on September 04.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team is also investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput's case and is staying at DRDO guest house.
SSR was found dead at his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
"It's just a procedural matter.
That is what we are following.
It is being done at Rhea's and Samuel Miranda's house," an officer told media persons.
