Newly declassified White House tapes have revealed former US President Richard Nixon's well-known hatred for India and Indians.
Nixon's deep antipathy, which was fed by National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger, also guided the US policy towards India in the 1970s.
This shows why Presidential racism needs to be shunned.
