Volunteers with the one in austin just completed their first year and are kicking off their second one tomorrow!
Kimt news 3's madelyne watkins joins us live this morning to tell us where they'll be set up this week and how the pandemic has impacted them.

Like many other things... the pandemic caused volunteers with "ruby's pantry" to switch gears a little bit and offer a drive?

Tomorrow... it'll be happening right here at the mower county fairgrounds.
"ruby's pantry" is a food share service that's offered the third thursday of every month.
All the food that's distributed out to the community are donated from different corporations.
At the beginning of the pandemic... volunteers noticed how great of a need there was for groceries so they knew they would have to keep the pantry running.
?the media coordinator, bob rosel, tells me if you come through the line... you'll receive two laundry baskets full of "we will load it into your car.
All you have to do is drive up to the mower county fairgrounds, follow the instructions.
We'll have some mower county emergency management people to help direct traffic.
You stay in your car, we load up the boxes, we put them in your vehicle and you drive away.
It's really that simple."
As rosel just explained... all you need to do is come here to the mower county fairgrounds tomorrow evening and they'll load up your car.
You do need exactly 20 dollars cash to help with the traveling expenses of the food.
The distribution will begin at 5... but i'm told cars start lining up about an hour before so get here early.
