We'll start with... 41nbc's peyton lewis at amerson river park in macon.

*here at amerson river park water levels are pretty high.

Right now i'm standing on a staircase that would typically lead to the shore of the river, but right now half of it is submerged in water.

On the step that i'm on right now, water levels are up to my ankles.

The river itself is about 16 feet deep right now.

Ema director spencer hawkins says it will only rise over the weekend.* "everything drains into the river, and so what were c1 3 b13 expecting is over the next 3 or 4 days this to continue to rise, and we planned for that and as we that was peyton lewis reporting.
