Fatal crash on State Route 118 in Van Wert County leaves Kentucky woman dead

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that left a woman dead and four others injured on Friday morning.

A woman is dead and 4 others injured after a crash this morning in van wert county.the crash happened around 7-40, at the intersection of state route 1-18 and wren landeck road.state police say 21-year-old "gradi bokuma" was driving a van westbound on wren landeck road when he failed to stop at a stop sign, hitting a honda traveling northbound on state route 1-18.

Bokuma's vehicle had 3 passengers inside.

He was taken to the hospital along with 2 of the other passengers to be treated for their injuries.46-year-old "mubenga mbombo" died as result of the crash.
