College students don’t have much to dowhile cooped up in quarantine, and forsome, that has inspired greatness.Jill Cervini found herself pretty boredwhen she decided to text a member ofa fraternity at her school, Bentley University,to get invited to a recruitment event.She told In The Know that she messagedthe fraternity brother claiming her namewas “Blake Wright” and got added tothe GroupMe for rush.Cervini and her roommate donnedclassic frat boy attire — sweatshirtsand hats — and painted beards ontheir faces to blend in.She also sent her boyfriend,Griffen Adams, the invite link.To “stir the pot,” Adams asked the rooma raunchy question, which the fraternitybrothers thought was serious.It got a few awkward responses, warming up the roomfor Cervini, who asked, “How much you guys bench”.The women lasted 19 minutes beforegetting kicked out of the call — “waylonger” than expected, Cervini said.“I’m friends with some of those boys so I talkedto them after and they said they were talking ina private group during the session about howsketch my beard was,” Cervini told In The Know
