Footage shows residents stranded in flash floods after a thunderstorm in Cotabato, the Philippines, on September 29.
Onlooker Merafil Alquirez Cuestas Moting was also stranded when the sudden heavy rain from the tropical storm caused deluges to pour down nearby mountains.
He said: ''I think the floods were severe because debris and branches from trees blocked drains.'' The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said there were no casualties.
The assessment into the extent of damage is ongoing.
