People gathered for the Out of the Darkness walk Wednesday in an effort to continue pushing suicide prevention services, even in the pandemic.

Darkness walk, a virtual event thiyear, f nursing are working even harder to spread a message of suicide prevention.

Soon, these students will be front line workers....treating everything from broken bones to broken hearts.

The pain is not always physical for a patient.... and their instructor wants to make sure the nurses recognize that.

The students worked on projects that tackled suicide prevention, warning signs and outreach.
