State of indiana attorney's are accusing martin of killing fowler madan riegle.

Attorney started by explaining what may ha caused martill riegle.
According to their investigation, they learned martin was in love with riegle's daughter-in-law sonia.
They had an on and off again relationship.
Riegle's son nick was married to sonia at the time.
During their marriage, riegle moved in with nick and sonia.
He was kicked out after admitting to hiding a camera in the bathroom that sonia and her daughter share.
Around this time, sonia left nick for martin.
Months later, she left martin for nick.
According to the state's investigation, martin harassed the riegle men frequently.
The state says martin knew about the camera incident with riegle and knew that he was never prosecuted for his actions.
So he decided to target him.
Martin is accused of attempting to rob riegle, then shooting him in the neck and setting the house on fire after pouring acetone on him.
