MSDH reports 675 new coronavirus cases, 8 new deaths Monday

Health leaders reported 675 coronavirus cases in their latest report.

More than 115-thousand people got coronavirus since the state began reporting in mid-march the state also confirmed 8 new deaths to include several in our viewing area.

The state said one person died in tippah and grenada counties.

State health leaders believe more than 97-thousand people have recovered from the virus... the state will update the presumed recoveries later this afternoon.
