Ohioans are two and a half times more likely to get COVID-19 than New Yorkers, Health Collaborative CEO Craig Brammer said Friday.
Ohio sees about 42 new COVID-19 cases per day per 100,000 population, and New York sees 17 cases per day per 100,000 population.
