Governor andy beashear says beginning this friday..

Through sunday, dec.

13... there should be limited gathering at homes, with no more than eight people meeting up together in person, and no more than two households together at a time.

Venues, event spaces and theaters will be limited to 25 people.

And this applies to indoor weddings and funerals, but excludes in-person worship services.

Gyms will have to operate only at a 33 percent capity.


And work out group classes will not be allowed.

Beginning monday.... all public and private schools will go to remote learning only.

Middle and high schools will have online instruction until at least january fourth.

Elementary schools could reopen for in-person classes on december 7th... if their county is not in the red zone .

Also retricts restaurants, and bars to outdoor dining only.


But to offset that, the state has set aside 40 million dollars..

And businesses can apply for $10,000 in relief money.

Gov andy beshear 45:10 listen i dont' want to cause harm restuarants and bars but this virus spreads where people congregate and take off their mask its really unfair to restrants and bars but its not us being unfair its the virus being unfrain.
