Inmate Unemployment Scam: Over 35,000 Unemployment Claims Filed In Names Of Prison Inmates, Including Scott Peterson

Prosecutors said state's unemployment department received 35,000 claims in the names of inmates at state prisons, including convicted killer Scott Peterson.

The scam may have started among inmates at the San Mateo County Jail.
