Forty-three constituencies went for the elections in the first phase of District Development Council (DDC) in Jammu and Kashmir on November 28.
51.76% people have voted in J-K in which 64.2% people cast their votes in Jammu division and 40.65% in Kashmir division, informed J-K Election Commissioner KK Sharma while briefing media persons.
