The chico city council is set to meet to discuss the posibility of a needle ban.

Todays meeting will focus on the legal options the city has to put a ban in place.

Last month - the majority vote from the city council was to instruct the city attorney to find a way to block needle distribution programs in city limits.

The application period opens tomorrow for the the governor's office of business and economic development - also known as go-biz... for 80 million dollars in tax credits.
