Delhi's Sardar Patel COVID Centre reopens for patients

The prevailing situation in Delhi due to the second wave of COVID-19 has forced the expansion of health infrastructure in the national capital.

In line with this, the ITBP-run Sardar Patel COVID Care Centre in Delhi's Chhatarpur, which was started last year in view of the pandemic, reopened on April 26.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and State Health Minister Satyendar Jain visited the centre.

The centre began operation today as the first patient was seen arriving in an ambulance.
