Scales Seafood and Steaks will close Sunday evening after the city and the restaurant owner, Chris Shake, couldn’t come to a lease agreement, according to the owner’s attorney.
About 80 will be laid-off who work at the restaurant, and neighboring gift shop and cafe which will close July 31st.
