Underwater Footage Shows Fractured Oil Pipeline Off California Coast

The Coast Guard has released up-close footage of the extent of the oil pipeline leak currently affecting southern California.

The Coast Guard estimates that anywhere from 25,000 to 132,000 gallons of oil could have spilled into the ocean thus far.
