In a 3-1 vote, the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board recommended clemency for high-profile death row inmate Julius Jones with a recommendation that his sentence be commuted to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
Jones’ fate now lies in the hands of Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt.
