Reuters journalists filmed a group of more than 40 migrants - including six children - cast off in a rubber dinghy from Wimereux at daybreak on Wednesday.A French police truck can be seen heading towards the group, which flashes its lights in an apparent attempt to block their path, before then leaving to patrol another part of the beach.
