Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng says the government are "reindustrialising" the UK and that gigafactories will put Britain at the "forefront" of electric car development.
He concedes there is "catching up" to be done, but these developments show that the UK is "back in business" when it comes to manufacturing.
