Environmental EMERGENCY Declared in Peru Following Oil Spill

An enormous oil spill from a Repsol tanker that was struck by waves following Tonga’s volcanic eruption, and which has affected 21 beaches in Peru, prompted the country’s President Pedro Castillo to declare a state of environmental emergency.
