Conservative MPs arrive at the Park Plaza Hotel in central London for a "team bonding dinner" organised by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
It comes after the Metropolitan Police issued 20 fixed penalty notices for breaches of Covid-19 lockdown rules in Downing Street.
