The Lithium-Fusion Batteries, another 2,000,000 more or less.
And the Kearny-Fuchida Drive, welp, this I really don't know, but take in mind that a Merchant-class JumpShip costs 384,711,675 C-Bills.
I'd say 2/3 of the value looks reasonable to assume.
And add to that about another million for the support systems...
