Tropical storm Alex drenches Cuba

Tropical Storm Alex lashed Cuba as warnings were issued for parts of the island, the Bahamas and the Florida Peninsula Friday.

In Havana, the heavy and uninterrupted rain caused street flooding, bringing traffic to a halt.
