Barr spent the last seven seasons with the Vikings and was a 4x Pro Bowler from 2015-2018.
The signing of Barr is the biggest signing of the NFL offseason so far for the Dallas Cowboys.
Barr joins the Cowboys defense that already includes Micah Parsons, Demarcus Lawrence, Neveille Gallimore and Leighton Vander Esch.
The Cowboys are coming off of an NFC East division title.
