Chancellor insists tax cuts are 'fair' and 'not a gamble'

Kwasi Kwarteng insists it is "absolutely fair" to cut taxes across the board and also rejects suggestions his economic plan is "a gamble".

During a visit to a modular housing factory in Kent the Chancellor says: "What is a gamble is thinking that you can keep raising taxes and getting prosperity, which was clearly not working." Report by Blairm.
