TfL apologises for travel disruption after snow hits London

The Director of Network Management and Resilience at TfL, Carl Eddleston, apologises to people who suffered travel disruption on Monday but says overall he was pleased with how London's transport network was 'back up and running by 10 AM'.

He said the capital saw the same amount of snow witnessed during the Beast from the East in 2018.
