The unfortunate death of Tyre Nichols’s death in USA has again put the spotlight on the country’s treatment of blacks.
And this is not just an isolated…separated..or a one-off incident.
Such incidents happen almost every few months in USA that brings the discourse back to two things….It’s treatment of persons of color…and police brutality that accompanies it.
Although usually…when such incidents happen…unvariably the victim is black…and the aggressor, or aggressors are white.
But not this time.
This time both the victim and the assaulters were black.
And with the protests erupting in USA with regard to this incident…the special unit of Memphis police…the SCORPION …has been the talk all across the spectrum.
