Russia has claimed that a "radioactive cloud" is drifting toward Europe.
Russian Security Council secretary Nikolay Patrushev said that the destruction of depleted uranium shells in Ukraine provided by the UK has produced a radioactive cloud.
He also said that an increase in radiation has been detected in Poland.
