Uganda: Ebola - Govt Lifts Mubende, Kassanda 'Lockdown'

[Independent (Kampala)] Mubende, Uganda -- Since Mubende and Kassanda have not registered any confirmed Ebola case for over 30 days, President Yoweri Museveni has lifted the curfew and travel restrictions in the two districts that have been in place for 3 months.
