WA doctor who labelled Ms Dhu fit to return to custody 24 hours before her death fined $30,000

A coronial inquest found the treatment of Ms Dhu while in custody was “inhumane and unprofessional”, with police and medical staff believing she was a “junkie” who was faking her illness.
