Dramatic Video Shows Train Hitting Colorado Police Cruiser With Suspect Handcuffed Inside

A 20-year woman was seriously injured when the parked police patrol vehicle she was detained in was hit by a train in Colorado. The video released on Friday by the Platteville and Fort Lupton police departments shows that police officers parked their patrol cruiser on the train tracks with the woman inside.
