Kansas attorney general Derek Schmidt asked a federal court Monday to set aside the U.S. Department of the Interior's decision to allow a Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma casino to be built and operated in Park City. The tribe received approval in May on a parcel of land south of the former Wichita Greyhound Park, reducing a 6-year-old decision to ban a casino on the property owned by the Wyandotte nation since 1992.
