Target will hire 100,000 seasonal workers for holidays, start discounts early

Target Corp. (NYST: TGT) said Thursday that it plans to add 100,000 seasonal employees for the upcoming holiday season, sticking to last year's strategy even as one of its biggest rival pulls back on seasonal hiring.
