Delhi’s IGI Airport To Setup One-Off Multi-Modal Transport Hub - Details

Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in Delhi, managed by GMR Airport Infrastructure Limited, is set to create a multi-modal transport hub near Aerocity. This innovative hub will seamlessly integrate bus, metro, and air services. This initiative aligns with IGIA's long-term vision to enhance the overall experience for travellers, extending the focus beyond the airport premises to include their journey before reaching the airport. As per officials, the multi-modal hub will be connected with an Interstate Bus Terminus (ISBT), the proposed Passenger Transport Centre (PTC),  the upcoming phase-four line of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC),  and the proposed Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS) station, including the station for Automated Passenger Mover (APM) near the GMR Aerocity.
