NCLT admits Zee plea over Sony calling off merger

NCLT admitted Zee's petition seeking to direct Sony to implement the merger. Singapore International Arbitration Centre will deal with Sony's plea on Zee breaching the merger pact. Sony defended its position citing conditions of the approved merger proposal and Mad Men Film Ventures as the petitioner. NCLT ruled to adjudicate the matter and directed Sony to reply within three weeks.
