Maryland Democrats pass new voting map

Just after the Maryland House passed the new congressional map on a party-line vote, Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh (D) filed a notice indicating the state would appeal a judge's ruling that the original map was illegally gerrymandered at Republicans’ expense.
