Pa. town broke law in recent hiring of Tamir Rice’s killer, A.G. says

Timothy Loehmann, who killed Tamir Rice in 2014, did not have a background check for his Tioga Borough job, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro (D) said.
